Rafik Helou is the founder of Dr J IT Solutions Inc. and brings over 15 years of experience across enterprise IT infrastructure and digital operations. His background spans multiple international markets, providing a practical and globally informed perspective on technology-driven business environments.

Rafik has held cloud infrastructure roles within IBM Cloud in France, supporting secure and highly available enterprise systems. He has also led digital and e-commerce operations in Dubai and Paris, and managed content development initiatives for MBC Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and focuses on applying structured, enterprise-level practices to support small and mid-sized businesses in the United States, with a long-term commitment to the Ohio business community.
